A teleconference was organized from February 9-11, 2021 and February 23-25, 2021 to equip participants with skills and tools to help monitor and forecast floods and droughts and their potential impacts. Participants were from Ghana, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, and Italy. The Ghanaian participants were drawn from the Ghana Meteorological Agency, the Water Research Institute of CSIR, and the University of Ghana, represented by the Departments of Earth Science and Geography and Resource Development.
